You can permanently delete your account yourself at any time.
How
- Customers: sign in, open Profile, choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.
- Chauffeurs: sign in, open the chauffeur Profile tab and choose Delete account.
You'll need to cancel or finish any upcoming rides first.
What's removed
- Your login, profile, phone number and preferences.
- Saved places, saved routes and notifications.
- Chauffeurs: GPS history, uploaded documents and licence details.
What's kept
Booking and payment records are kept in anonymised form for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They're no longer linked to your name or contact details.
